Plan Room
The plan room is an area for qualified sub-contractors to receive current information and bid packages on Omega Construction Co. Inc. projects. We offer to those sub-contractors registered with the site access to our projects in the Planning, Bidding and Construction phases.

PLEASE READ:
All contractors and subcontractors must provide a dir number by law in order to bid public works projects. Please provide a dir number with your bid for your bid to be accepted.
Omega Construction welcomes bids from subcontractors or suppliers for projects. In the event Omega Construction relies upon the bid of any subcontractor/supplier and enters into a contract with the owner for the project, the subcontractor/supplier will be required to sign Omega Construction’s form subcontract and shall agree to be bound by all terms, conditions and obligations that Omega Construction assumes toward the owner in the prime contract that relate directly, or indirectly, with the scope of the bid of the subcontractor/supplier.
Projects listed will be updated frequently, but Omega Construction takes no responsibility that this information is the correct, current or latest version.
Omega Construction will not select what sheets and specifications bidders need. All bidders, subcontractors and material suppliers are responsible for obtaining and reviewing all drawings, specification and all addenda issued and confirming what they ordered is correct.

Prequalification
To best manage our relationships with trade contractor partners, Omega Construction requests that subcontractors participate in our Prequalification program. Prequalification is not required to bid with Omega Construction, however, trade contractors must complete the Prequalification process to be awarded a contract.
Participation in Prequalification will improve our ability to collaborate with trade contractors while providing them with the benefit of inclusion in potential select project lists.
